Seidou Sylvestre ZARE (BUR)

PRESIDENT

Mr. Seidou Sylvestre ZARE is the President of Burkina Faso Modern Pentathlon Federation; President of the West African federations of Modern Pentathlon.

He is a former athlete (400m & 800m), former volley-ball player at international level and former coach in both disciplines and then regional sport director for more than 25 years.

He active in the Modern Pentathlon since 2012 and was the vice president of the CAPM in charge of Development from 2016 to November 2021.

Jennifer O'HANLON (RSA)

VICE PRESIDENT

Ms. Jennifer O’HANLON is an Executive member of the South African Modern Pentathlon. She is also a wellness and fitness professional.

François-Xavier AKONDE (CIV)

VICE PRESIDENT

Mr. Francois-Xavier AKONDE is the President of the Ivorian Modern Pentathlon Federation. He has been engaged in modern pentathlon for more than 10 years.

Saikou B. JARJU (GAM)

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER

Mr. Saikou B. JARJU is the President of the Gambian Federation of Modern Pentathlon.

He was the treasurer of the CAPM from 2016 to November 2021.

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER

Mr. Chris ESSILFIE is the President of Modern Pentathlon Federation of Ghana.

He was the Secretary General of the CAPM from 2016 to November 2021.

Simon Peter KOMAKECH (UGA)

EXECUTIVE BOARD MEMBER

Mr. Simon Peter KOMAKECH is the President of the Uganda Modern Pentathlon Federation. He has been involved in his country Modern Pentathlon activities for many years.
