The event venue is the Manchester Conference Centre (Postcode M1 3BB). The hotel is actually part of the conference centre so we will be in same building for the weekend. Delegates arriving outside of the conference dates are responsible for booking their own hotel rooms for the extra days in Manchester. You can only access your rooms from Friday Nov 16th from 1500hrs onwards. You should first register at the Conference Registrations desk, then you will be guided to the hotel reception to check in to your room.

Delegate Fees: Residential Delegate fee is £130.00 per person per night for the first two nights and £115 for the Sunday night. This fee covers full conference access comprising your hotel room, full board. The conference this year allows you to book and pay for the nights you are actually staying and this is clear on the registration section.

Important: For 2018, in order to assure the best hotel rates for the participants, organizers are asking an early commitment from attendees. Participants should register online and transfer their fees preferentially up to August 5th. Registrations made after that until October 10th are accepted but subject to hotel availability.
