UIPM 2017 World Cup Final: How you can watch in your country

The winners of the 2017 UIPM World Cup Final will be decided over the next three days and sports fans in 163 countries will have an opportunity to view the action on TV.

Viewers around the world will be able to see live coverage from the following continental and national TV channels:

  • Lietuvos Rytas TV (Lithuania)
  • M4 Sport (Hungary)

As communicated previously all three days of competition will be broadcast to millions of viewers across Europe via Eurosport 2, where coverage will be "as live" subject to a one-hour delay.

A live stream of the Laser-Run in each of the Finals will also be available online at UIPM TV and the Olympic Channel from 18:30 CEST.

The Men's Individual Final will take centre stage at Vingus Park tomorrow (June 23) after today's Fencing Ranking Rounds for both men and women took place at the Lithuanian Department of Sport indoor facility in Vilnius.

The most successful men in the Ranking Round were Robert Kasza (HUN) and the Rio 2016 Olympic champion Alexander Lesun (RUS), each with 24V/11D. Sherif Rashad (EGY) and Pavels Svecovs (LAT) each scored 23V/12D while world No.1 Pavlo Tymoshchenko (UKR) managed 22V/13D. 

The Women's Individual medals will be decided on June 24 and Tamara Alekszejev (HUN) will be the woman to catch after today's Ranking Round, where she scored an excellent 28V/7D. Francesca Tognetti (ITA) was her closest challenger (26V/9D).

After the Individual Finals the Mixed Relay will conclude the 2017 World Cup season on June 25.
