Acapulco Open provides opportunity for developing nations to compete with international stars

After the cancellation of World Cup #1 this weekend, organisers and officials have worked tirelessly to put together the Acapulco Open, aimed at helping emerging nations to compete for World Rankings points versus some of the world’s top pentathletes.

A new schedule with late evening riding, to protect the horses from the hot and humid conditions, should give the competitors from the Americas some much needed experience as they test themselves against some of the best in the business.
