FINANCIAL CONDITIONS - Overseas Delegates

Pentathlon GB invites 4 coaches per National Federation and in exceptional circumstances providing numbers permit, we may be able to offer more allocations. We will only be able to accept the first 80 coaches that apply and places at the Conference will be allocated on the ‘first come first serve’ basis.

The Conference is being 50% subsidised by the Pentathlon GB and that is why each delegate must only pay total fee of £260.00 (two hundred and sixty British Pounds) for 3 nights’ full board high quality hotel accommodation, meals and access to the Conference.

Payment in sterling will be by bank transfer no later than : Friday 21st October 2016

Pentathlon GB invites GB Coaches, Regional and Club Coach and Support Staff to the conference.

The Conference is being subsidised by the Pentathlon GB and that is why each delegate must only pay total fee of £260.00 (two hundred and sixty British Pounds) for 3 nights’ full board high quality hotel accommodation, meals and access to the Conference.

There is a non residential rate that does include lunch but not evening meals and that will be £130.00
