UIPM 2019 Pentathlon World Cup Sofia: Men's Individual Finalists

UIPM 2019 Pentathlon World Cup Sofia continued today in Bulgaria with 95 athletes taking part in the qualifying round for the Men's Individual Final.

The individual world champions from the last two years – James Cooke (GBR) and Jung Jinhwa (KOR) – qualified, as did world No.1 Jun Woongtae (KOR) and the winner of Pentathlon World Cup Cairo, Ahmed Elgendy (EGY).

The top-performing athlete in the qualifying round was Lukasz Gutkowski (POL).

Pentathlon World Cup Sofia continues tomorrow (April 12) with the Women's Final before the Men’s Final on Saturday, April 13. The competition concludes with the Mixed Relay on Sunday, April 14.
