UIPM President Rob Stull has led the tributes to Valentin Boroznin, Secretary General of the Ukrainian Modern Pentathlon Federation, who died on September 11.

His passing marks another cruel blow to the Ukrainian Pentathlon community, coming so soon after the death of Igor Panin – who was one of the athletes trained by Valentin Boroznin.
