Athletes Committee
The Athletes’ Committee represents the interests of the athletes. It has the right to represent the athletes’ position to the General Assembly, the Executive Board and the Committees, in particular to the Technical and the Medical Committees.
Candidates to the Athletes’ Committee must have never received any sanction in relation to the World Anti-Doping Code nor in any case connected with betting and manipulation of competitions.

Publication of the eligible candidates - UIPM Athletes Committee world election
In adherence to UIPM Election Rules Art 5.1, the UIPM Electoral Committee has scrutinized the nominations sent by National Federations.
The Committee's determination regarding the eligibility of nominated candidates was conducted following the procedural directives delineated within articles 3 and 4 of the aforementioned regulations. Presented herewith is the list of individuals deemed eligible for candidacy:

The South American Confederation of Modern Pentathlon informed UIPM that representatives for both the Athletes and Coaches Committees were elected on April 10th, for the 2025-2028 period, as follows:
Athletes Committee: Danilo Fagundes (BRA)
Coaches Committee: Guillermo Filipi (ARG)

Update on 21 Mar 2024
As prescribed by the applicable UIPM Rules on Internal Organisation and Election Rules, the National Federations have been notified of the call for nominations for those positions that will be covered during the UIPM 2024 Pentathlon World Championships in Zhengzhou (CHN), from 9-16 Jun 2024 (precise venue/date/hour to be announced).
During the World Championship, the following position will be elected:

1 member of the Athletes' Committee;
Nominations shall be received by the HQ at elections@pentathlon.org no later than 11 April at 23:59h (CET). Nominations received after the deadline will be considered inadmissible.
All nominations received within the deadline will be passed to the Electoral Committee which will conduct the eligibility checking process.
The Electoral Committee can request clarifications from Member Federations and/or candidates.

In compliance with UIPM Election Rules Art 5.1, the UIPM Electoral Committee has reviewed all nominations presented by the National Federations.
The decision of the Committee about the eligible nominated candidates followed the procedures prescribed by articles 3 and 4 of the above-referred rules and is shown in the two documents below:

As prescribed by the applicable UIPM Rules on Internal Organisation and Election Rules, the National Federations have been notified of the call for nominations for those positions that will be covered during the UIPM Pentathlon World Championship that will take place from 7 to 13 June 2021.
During the World Championship, further to a decision of the UIPM Executive Board, the following positions will be elected:
- 7 members of the Athletes' Committee; and
- 6 members of the Coaches' Committee.
Nominations shall be received by the HQ no later than 9 March at 24.00 (CET). Nominations received after the deadline will be considered inadmissible.
All nominations received within the deadline will be passed to the Electoral Committee that will be conducting the vetting process.
The Electoral Committee can request clarifications to Member Federations and/or candidates.
