Coaches Committee
The Coaches’ Committee works in close cooperation with the Technical, Athletes’ and Medical Committees and the Continental Confederations to educate coaches and athletes, prepare coaches’ clinics and seminars, elaborate proposals on training, sport and other questions related in the interests of the coaches for discussion by the Technical Committee and discussion and decision by the Executive Board.
Candidates to the Coaches’ Committee must:
(i) have never received any sanction in relation to the World Anti-Doping Code nor in any case connected with betting and manipulation of competitions;
(ii) hold an international license/certificate issued by UIPM; and
(iii) be an active coach at international level in any one or more of the UIPM disciplines.

Oceania – Mr Dean Gleeson (Australia)*

* Oceania representative elected by continental peers outwith the main election on June 11th.

Publication of the eligible candidates (Art 5.5. of UIPM Election Rules)
In compliance with UIPM Election Rules Art 5.1, the UIPM Electoral Committee has reviewed all nominations presented by the National Federations.
The decision of the Committee about the eligible nominated candidates followed the procedures prescribed by articles 3 and 4 of the above-referred rules and is shown in the two documents below:

Update on 02 Feb 2021
As prescribed by the applicable UIPM Rules on Internal Organisation and Election Rules, the National Federations have been notified of the call for nominations for those positions that will be covered during the UIPM Pentathlon World Championship that will take place from 7 to 13 June 2021.
During the World Championship, further to a decision of the UIPM Executive Board, the following positions will be elected:
- 7 members of the Athletes' Committee; and
- 6 members of the Coaches' Committee.
Nominations shall be received by the HQ no later than 9 March at 24.00 (CET). Nominations received after the deadline will be considered inadmissible.
All nominations received within the deadline will be passed to the Electoral Committee that will be conducting the vetting process.
The Electoral Committee can request clarifications to Member Federations and/or candidates.
